Throughout his career, David has developed exceptional expertise in commercial interiors, including drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, millwork, and finish coordination. His ability to interpret complex architectural drawings and manage multi-trade finish scopes under prime contractors has made him a trusted leader on projects of every size. Nick brings over 12 years of construction management experience spanning both the public and private sectors, successfully delivering projects ranging from small renovations to large-scale commercial construction. He began his career as a Construction Contracting Officer in the United States Air Force, where he spent five years managing diverse infrastructure projects critical to supporting military operations and base facilities. Over the past eight years, he has built and led a successful residential home services company, overseeing the completion of more than 3,000 projects with a combined value exceeding $20 million. Through that experience, he developed a reputation for delivering exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and consistent project execution. Recognizing a need for the same level of professionalism and reliability in the commercial market, Nick co-founded Cascade Commercial to provide owners, property managers, and general contractors with a trusted partner for tenant improvements, interior renovations, and commercial remodeling projects.

Jon brings a disciplined, results-driven approach to every project, built on a foundation of military service and hands-on leadership. After serving in the United States Marine Corps, he transitioned into the construction industry, where he successfully managed both sales and production for a respected local foundation company. He later played a key role in building an earthwork company from the ground up, helping establish its operations, processes, and long-term growth. These experiences gave him a comprehensive understanding of construction from both the field and the business perspective. Today, Jon applies that diverse background to commercial estimating and project management, where accuracy, organization, and communication are critical to project success. His detail-oriented approach ensures estimates are thorough, scopes are clearly defined, and projects are positioned for efficient execution. Known for his professionalism, reliability, and commitment to excellence, Jon is dedicated to delivering exceptional service while building lasting relationships with clients, partners, and project teams.
